Zin om te gaan fietsen, maar weet je niet precies waar? In de ANWB Fietsen app vind je alle Nederlandse fietsknooppunten en meer dan 170 gecontroleerde routes door heel Nederland. Je kunt ook je eigen fietsroute maken in de app. En heb je een Blijven Fietsen Verzekering dan is het één druk op knop in de app wanneer je fiets is gestolen, een opsporingsdienst gaat dan op zoek naar jouw fiets.

NIEUW: Zelf fietsroutes maken in de app
Vanaf nu is het ook mogelijk om via knooppunten zelf een fietsroute te maken in de app. Dat gaat heel simpel. Als je de ANWB Fietsen app opent, zie je onder in het scherm ‘Maak je eigen route’. Je krijgt dan alle knooppunten te zien rondom de plek waar je op dat moment bent. Als je klaar bent, kun je de fietsroute opslaan en direct gaan fietsen.

De route wordt getoond op een kaart en volgt jou gedurende de fietstocht. Zo weet je altijd waar je bent.

Meer dan 170 mooie ANWB fietsroutes
De routes zijn zorgvuldig samengesteld aan de hand van fietsknooppunten. Je volgt gewoon de knooppuntbordjes langs de weg. Toch verkeerd gereden? Je ziet meteen waar je bent ten opzichte van de route, dus in mum van tijd ben je weer op weg. Ook zie je meteen waar de leuke fietscaféetjes of terrassen zitten, waar je als ANWB-fietspaslid korting krijgt.

Ook vind je in de ANWB Fietsen app een handige kaart met alle Gastvrij punten, fietsenmakers en knooppunten en routes bij jou in de buurt.

Krijg je onderweg een lekke band of doet je accu het niet meer? Vanuit de app kun je de Wegenwacht bellen en precies laten weten waar je staat, ook als er geen straatnaambordje in de buurt is. (Om gebruik te maken van de Wegenwachtservice heb je een ANWB Fietspas nodig.)

Handige functionaliteiten in deze app:

1. Maak en fiets jouw zelfgemaakte route 

2. Zoek een mooie route
Zoek een mooie route door via de filters aan te geven waar, hoe ver je wilt fietsen.

3. Gemakkelijk knooppuntroutes fietsen
Een handig overzicht van de knooppunten onderweg. Deze corresponderen met de bordjes langs knooppunten op het fietspad zodat je zonder te verdwalen de weg kunt vinden. 

4.ANWB  Gastvrij punten om te pauzeren
Ben je tijdens het fietsen toe aan pauze? Aan de ANWB fietsroutes zijn Gastvrij en Gastvrij Plus punten gekoppeld. Hier kun je tijdens je fietstocht even pauzeren met een kopje koffie of een lunch.

5. Band lek? Accu leeg?
Sta je met een kapotte fiets ergens langs de route, dan kun je vanuit de app gemakkelijk de Wegenwacht bellen en precies laten weten waar je staat, ook als er geen straatnaambordje in de buurt is. (Om gebruik te maken van de Wegenwachtservice heb je een ANWB Fietspas nodig.) Overigens kun je bij ANWB Gastvrij punten ook altijd een bandenplaksetje vinden.

6. Korting met je ANWB Fietspas
Heb je een ANWB Fietspas? Log dan in om van vele voordelen te genieten. Bij de Gastvrij Plus punten en bij Gastvrij Fietsenwinkels krijg je als ANWB Fietspashouder namelijk voordeel, bijvoorbeeld op een lekker kopje koffie.

7. Blijven Fietsen verzekering
Heb je een Blijven Fietsen Verzekering dan is het één druk op knop in de app wanneer je fiets is gestolen, een opsporingsdienst gaat dan op zoek naar jouw fiets.

8. Zie wat er in de buurt is
Ga je op de bonnefooi een stukje fietsen, dan kun je via de knop ‘in de buurt’ ook gemakkelijk vinden wat er allemaal bij jou aanwezig is aan horeca, fietsenmakers en knooppunten.
