This version adds many new ways to customize the appearance of inspection report PDFs generated by Property Pal:
• Item Notes can now be displayed right next items on generated reports
• You can now choose to only display Pre-Inspection columns on generated reports that include a Pre-Inspection
• Resident information and cosigner information (name, phone number, email address) can be displayed on generated reports
• Improved report readability by only including definitions for the item conditions that actually appear in the report.
• You can now include a large block of “Additional Notes” in inspection reports.
• While viewing reports, you can now select a page number and jump directly to it.
• Property Pal Cloud users can now specify an inspection report disclaimer and download it to all devices in their company to have it appear on generated inspection reports. (Property Pal Cloud subscription required)
