Brilliant App!! ***** by Octopi Design:
"This is a brilliant app, well thought out and very intuitive. It is so easy to layout a form with all of the drop down menus, etc you could dream of!!"
As the form designer, you can use your finger to drag and drop text boxes, pickers and other controls; position them just where you want on the iPad page. And let your users scroll down, or swipe between pages. Tap each control to make choices about it.
Follow our Getting Started guide at http://www.StarfishCI.com/Support
In this free version you can create unlimited forms, and make unlimited submissions to your own SharePoint List(s).
Remember, no one other than you ever sees your form data. But if you want to keep your blank forms separate from others, and publish forms to your colleagues, or if you want your data to go to a database other than SharePoint, then go to www.StarfishCI.com/iPad or send an email to info@StarfishCI.com with a note of what you're looking for and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.

What's New
Colours! (Sorry, Americans, Canadians got that one right!)
Now you can draw, in a mix of colour choices and in portrait or landscape orientation, on a photo embedded in the form. This will help an inspector, say, to describe an issue more easily by taking a photo and annotating it.
You can Copy a form as the basis of a new one: just swipe (from right to left) on the title of a form in the list of form submissions on the left hand side of the app.
Innovative 'Float Labels' can now be added to Text boxes, Date and Picker List controls. We think they make filling out forms ever so slightly less boring. Prompt text will appear inside the control until the user taps inside; then the prompt animates out to 'float' as a label describing what the control should contain. Not only does this look a tiny bit cool and engaging, but it speeds up form design - Designers can just place the control with its label on the form instead of having to add and position a Label also.
It's now possible to have more than one Signature control on a form; and we've improved the way in which the DateTime control works to make it more reliable and faster to use.
And there are several other minor tweaks that you probably won't notice, but make things ever so slightly nicer and cooler.
