Description:Take your sparring program to the next level without having to spend thousands of dollars! The cutting edge new sparMaster application is the affordable and customizable, electronic scoring system specifically designed for Taekwondo sparring, but can be used for any striking discipline such as Gumdo, Karate or Boxing.
sparMaster gives you two apps in one and allows you to manage all aspects of a sparring match. The Base Station manages settings and keeps track of the scoring, while the wireless Remotes allow the judges to enter scores in real-time. The Base Station runs on an iPad and can be displayed on an external monitor, projector or AirPlay Mirror to an AppleTV. The Remote runs on any combination of iPhone or iPods supporting iOS7. Using Bluetooth or WiFi, the Remotes are completely wireless, thus eliminating messy cables or wires to hook up. Remote scoring is accurate and easy to use, a simple tap or swipe sends the appropriate score to the Base Station.
sparMaster is sophisticated enough to be used for large tournaments yet simple enough for daily use. sparMaster supports current World Taekwondo Federation rules and is fully configurable to meet your requirements. Settings include:
-number of rounds
-round duration
-rest period duration
-gap
-ceiling
-number of judges (currently 2 or 3)
-value of head score
-on/off extra point for spinning technique to head
-on/off extra point for spinning technique to body
-first point round on tie
-number of penalties
-award of penalties (subtract or add to opponent)
sparMaster is a fantastic way to take your training program to the next level and add a new level of professionalism to your martial arts program. With this system, your students get to experience tournament style scoring at every sparring class. Additionally, sparMaster is a great tool for training corner judges to be better at seeing and scoring points, preparing them for judging at future events.
There are no complex or expensive licensing agreements. sparMaster can be installed on all devices associated with the same AppleID!
NOTE: you will need an iPad and at least two other devices (iPod/iPhone) in order to score.
